• Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.
• All payments must be made in full and on time. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
• Payment is required for products purchased through our store at checkout.

• Consulting Services: Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific terms in your service agreement.
• Trainings and Events: Refunds for cancellations depend on notice given:
  • Full refund: Cancellation made 30 days before the event.
  • Partial refund: Cancellation made 15 days before the event.
  • No refund: Cancellation made within 7 days.
• Products: Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

All materials, resources, and content provided by Next Wave Public Health Solutions remain the company's intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, share, or modify these materials without prior written permission.
